Base-Funded Program

CPS also serves as the Department-established fee service for the Community Intellectual Disability Base-Funded Program managed through county MH/ID programs. This ensures that individuals who may not yet have waiver enrollment can still access community participation support services. Note: The Adult Autism Waiver uses its own analogous service definition rather than CPS proper.
